These terms cover how you can browse this site and how buying a painting works. The site is run by Veselina Ivanova, an independent artist based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: [email protected].

There is no online checkout on this site. If a painting speaks to you, send an inquiry through the contact form. We'll reply personally to confirm the piece is available and to arrange the details - price, framing, shipping to your address, and payment. A sale is only agreed once we have both confirmed it in writing (email). Sending an inquiry places you under no obligation to buy.

Prices shown are in euros (EUR) and are for the artwork itself. They typically range from about €35 to €160 depending on size. Shipping is quoted separately (see below). We confirm the final price to you in writing before any payment.

Each painting is an original, framed, and shipped from the studio in Sofia to an address in Bulgaria. Shipping is quoted for each delivery - the cost depends on where you are and the size of the piece; we give you the exact figure before you commit. We typically ship with Econt or Speedy. The buyer pays shipping unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If a painting arrives damaged, contact me immediately and I will put it right.

Every painting offered here is an original work, hand-painted and signed by the artist. It is not a print or a reproduction. Veselina Ivanova can provide a signed certificate of authenticity with your purchase on request, for 7 €.

All images, paintings, and text on this site are © Veselina Ivanova, all rights reserved. Buying a painting gives you the physical artwork; it does not transfer copyright. Please do not copy, reproduce, print, or use the images for any purpose without the artist's written permission.

We take care to describe and photograph each painting honestly. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the real piece. To the extent permitted by law, the artist is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU law. This does not affect mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We aim to resolve any concern directly and amicably - please email us first at [email protected]. If you are an EU consumer and a dispute between us cannot be settled, you may turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите, kzp.bg) or to an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.
